Start your day with something sweet, strong, and simple, a recipe that warms the heart, fuels the body, and brings peace to the table. It’s healthy and you can eat as much as you want.
Ingredients
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 eggs
½ cup oatmeal
A splash of real vanilla extract (make sure it’s real)
3–4 tablespoons Greek yogurt — about equal to the condensed milk in richness
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
Beat all ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour into a lightly greased baking dish.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
Cool slightly before serving.
No added sugar needed—the condensed milk provides just the right sweetness.
