Start your day with something sweet, strong, and simple, a recipe that warms the heart, fuels the body, and brings peace to the table. It’s healthy and you can eat as much as you want.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup oatmeal

  • A splash of real vanilla extract (make sure it’s real)

  • 3–4 tablespoons Greek yogurt — about equal to the condensed milk in richness

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C).

  2. Beat all ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a lightly greased baking dish.

  4. Bake for about 30 minutes or until set and lightly golden.

  5. Cool slightly before serving.

No added sugar needed—the condensed milk provides just the right sweetness.
